Methodology
Our methodology is directly based on the practical teaching experience of the LINGUA FRANCA management team . The goal of our language training is always a significant improvement of the participant's ability to effectively communicate in the workplace.
The activities during the lessons are interactive and communicative. Conversations, simulations of work situations, interviews, role plays and dialogues are all key techniques to allow the participants to improve and fine-tune their speaking skills in a way that is closest to the actual daily job-related language demands.
The modular nature of our teaching materials allows for an individual approach to the participants' weaknesses. The study and repetition of grammar rules should always arise from communication: learning by rote, without any direct connection to the participants' needs, is ineffective and has no place in our language courses.
